Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Tall Boy Club LLC. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing and Production Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand). Please note that production times are separate from shipping times. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Typically 2–5 business days (US Domestic).

Express Shipping: Available at higher cost for faster delivery.

International Shipping: Available, with times varying by destination.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Tall Boy Club LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Lost Packages

Tall Boy Club LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If a package is lost, please contact us so we can investigate with our print provider.

6. Incorrect Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to the sender, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
