Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart in the product description carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is not what you ordered, we are happy to help! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number.

A clear photo or video showing the issue.

We will arrange a free replacement or a refund for the defective item. You do not need to return the item to us.

Important Notes

Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new order will need to be placed.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed are not eligible for refunds.
